To take this further UPIDR ( Uttar Pradesh Institute of Design and Research) under the chairmanship of Smt. Kshipra Shukla are organising buyer sellers meet, fests and fairs in various parts of the country.

This time again ICCR ( Indian Council for Cultural Relations) came in collaboration with UPIDR have organised this amazing opportunity for #karigars at ICCR Rabindrnaath Tagore Bhawan Kolkata.

On invitation, It was a privilege again for our institute “Indian Institute of Photography ” to curate an exhibition to document and display the working process and lives of artisans at this gala event, where photography works of

IIP students Vivek Mishra, Soumya Kanti Dhara, Ashok, Soumen Mandel, Ramtanu Saboot, Manash Prateem Handique, Joydeb Biswas and Professional photographer Amlan Biswas.

As per the schedule Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal Sri Jagdeep Dhankar have inaugurated the event and Dr. Vinay Sahasrabudhhe have presided over the event. Vote of thanks was given by Smt. kshipra Shukla. It was definitely a feather in IIP’s Cap.
